Thank you for choosing Meethi Nani! We take great pride in our sweets and want to ensure they reach you in the freshest condition possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during festive seasons like Diwali or Rakhi), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, Meethi Nani only ships to addresses within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Packaging & Freshness
To ensure your sweets stay delicious:

We use food-grade, airtight packaging.

During summer months or for delicate items, we may use temperature-controlled packaging.

We recommend consuming or refrigerating the products immediately upon arrival as per the instructions on the box.
6. Damages & Issues
Seventhmay Foods LLP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the packaging was handled incorrectly by the carrier. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for failed deliveries if the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
8. Non-Delivery/Refusal
If a package is returned to us due to the recipient being unavailable or refusing the delivery, a refund will not be issued as our products are perishable and cannot be resold.
