1. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed through our system, it cannot be cancelled. We begin preparing and packing your order almost immediately to ensure freshness, which prevents us from halting the process once it has begun.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only processed in the event of a defective or damaged product.

  • Defects include: Contamination, expired items upon delivery, or significant packaging damage that compromises the food safety.

  • Exclusions: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

3. Reporting a Defect

To be eligible for a refund or replacement for a defective item, you must:
