  • Perishables: Our products (sweets/mithai) are perishable. We provide "Best Before" dates on all packaging. Seventhmay Foods LLP is not liable for health issues or quality degradation resulting from consumption after the expiry date or improper storage by the customer.

  • Allergens: Our products may contain nuts, milk, ghee, gluten, or other allergens. It is the customer's responsibility to read the ingredient list carefully.

  • Visuals: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Modifications to Prices and Service

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Third-Party Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways like Razorpay or Cashfree) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.

6. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
